Distributed Current Mode Logic
2006 IEEE North-East Workshop on Circuits and Systems, 2006This paper introduces a new high-speed CMOS logic family called distributed current mode logic (DCML). This architecture is a combination of existing current mode logic (CML) architecture and the concept of distributed circuits. Distributed current mode logic takes advantages of distributed circuit, and is able to work up to 80 GHz in 0.13 ?m CMOS ...

IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2003
Traditional voltage-feedback amplifier configurations, both discrete and integrated, have always suffered from the severe disadvantage of drastically restricted bandwidth at high gains due to the problem of constant gain-bandwidth product. The author shows how adopting a current-mode approach to a range of amplifier designs based on current conveyors ...

Proceedings of the Fourth IEEE International Caracas Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.02TH8611), 2003
A procedure for universal filter design using generalized current conveyors is described. The proposed network can be realized with the aid of so-called universal current conveyors. It can therefore be easily transformed from the current mode into the voltage mode and vice versa.

MOS-Only Current Mode Filter Design
2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer and Energy Technologies (ICECET), 2021This work presents a current mode filter circuit that makes use of only the MOS transistors and its parasitic elements like the transconductance and gate-to-source capacitance. The core circuit, which shows the ac equivalent circuit, has only three MOS transistors. The proposed circuit has a very basic circuit structure and a small layout area.

Programmable current mode circuits
ICECS 2001. 8th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01EX483), 2002The paper presents a new concept of switched transconductor (ST) circuits based on the application of operational amplifiers with adjustable transconductance. It is proved that in the delay circuits proposed, one can electronically adjust its amplification, which was not possible with SI 1st and 2nd generation circuits.
