CMOS current-mode analog multiplier
2016 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP), 2016Multipliers and dividers perform two basic operations in analog applications. Also multipliers are used in many areas such as fuzzy logic controllers, modulators, frequency doublers, automatic gain control. This paper presents a Four-quadrant current mode analog multiplier, squarer circuit and their results which are plotted by T-SPICE.

Nanosecond NMOS VLSI Current Mode Logic
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1982Current mode logic (CML) is used to obtain NMOS VLSI logic gates with nanosecond delays at a speed power product of 1.5 pJ. The gates use a reference voltage generated by the difference between an enhancement- and a depletion-type MOSFET. A depletion-type MOSFET is used for the current sources and the loads.

CMOS Current-Mode Companding Divider
IEICE Transactions on Electronics, 2009A CMOS current-mode companding divider is presented. Currents of both dividend and divisor are compressed into log-domain. Then the logarithm current of divisor is subtracted from the logarithm current of dividend. After expanding the subtraction result, the division function could be achieved.
