Design and implementation of current mode circuit for digital modulation

Abstract This paper proposes a new current-mode digital modulation circuit. The proposed circuit is MOS only hence, easily integrable. It employs an Extra X Current Conveyor (EX-CCII), two MOS transistors as switches, and a two MOS transistor-based active resistor.

A technique for the reduction of the input resistance of current-mode circuits

A novel technique, able to theoretically nullify the input resistance of a generic current-in circuit is presented. The method does not reduce the dynamic swing of the original circuit to which it is applied, hence allowing low-voltage operations to be achieved.

A Current-Mode Memristor Emulator Circuit

In this paper, a new current-controlled memristor emulator circuit based on voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) as an active circuit element is proposed. The proposed emulator circuit is simulated on the 180 nm CMOS technology node making it both cost and power-efficient emulator circuit.
