Current mode AB class WTA circuit
ICECS 2001. 8th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01EX483), 2002In this paper novel AB class current mode WTA circuits that set foundations for low power programmable VLSI neural networks and other applications are proposed. The 8-WTA circuit has been simulated, fabricated and measured. Results are presented and discussed.

Current-Mode Fuzzy Linguistic Hedge Circuits
Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, 1999In this paper, a current-mode design methodology to implement a set of fuzzy linguistic hedge circuits is proposed. The so-called fuzzy linguistic hedge is a fuzzy operation applied to adjust the membership function of a fuzzy set. The fuzzy membership function of control variable and the control rules are very important in a fuzzy logic controller ...

Fully-differential CMOS current-mode circuits
Proceedings of the IEEE 1991 Custom Integrated Circuits Conference, 2002A CMOS fully-differential current-mode analog signal processing technique has been developed. The basic building block, a 5-V fully differential current-mode operational amplifier (I-OPAMP), has been integrated using the MOSIS 2 mu m n-well CMOS technology. Measured total harmonic distortion (THD) is -70 dB with a peak signal to bias current ratio of 0.

Current-mode CMOS Galois field circuits
[1993] Proceedings of the Twenty-Third International Symposium on Multiple-Valued Logic, 2002The use of current-mode CMOS circuits for implementation of multiple-valued logic (MVL) functions is dealt with. In particular, an application of these circuits for realizing Galois field operation is presented. An algorithm for determining polynomial representations for arbitrary functions over a class of Galois fields implementable with presently ...

Multiple valued current mode logic circuits
2017 International Conference on Multimedia, Signal Processing and Communication Technologies (IMPACT), 2017The circuits having more than two logic levels called as Multiple valued circuits have the potential of reducing area by reducing the on chip interconnection. Despite considerable effort, designing a system for processing a multiple valued signal is still a complicated task. Multiple valued circuits can be realized in voltage or current mode.

A Current-Mode Memristor Emulator Circuit
2020In this paper, a new current-controlled memristor emulator circuit based on voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) as an active circuit element is proposed. The proposed emulator circuit is simulated on the 180 nm CMOS technology node making it both cost and power-efficient emulator circuit.

A novel current-mode min–max circuit
Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, 2012This paper presents a new CMOS current mode min---max circuit. The proposed circuit has lower number of transistors, can detect minimum and maximum of the input currents at the same time, shows high precision and has a low cell area. It is designed in 0.25 μm standard CMOS technology.

Conveyor implementations of generic current mode circuits
International Journal of Electronics, 1992The implementation of analogue current mode signal processing systems is strongly dependent on the availability of suitable generic building blocks such as current conveyors and current operational amplifiers. Until recently, no such devices were commercially available as integrated circuits.

Current-Mode Precision Full-Wave Rectifier Circuits
Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing, 2017In this paper, a new current-mode precision full-wave rectifier is presented. The proposed circuit employs a single active element namely extra-X current conveyor and two NMOS transistors without using any passive element which is suitable for IC implementation.
