Current Mode Maximum and Minimum Circuit
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2014A new current mode circuit which can maintain the maximum output and minimum output at the same time is presented in this paper. The design technique is achieved by the combination of trans linear loop, winner take all (WTA) circuit and loser take all (LTA) circuit.

A technique for the reduction of the input resistance of current-mode circuits
1998 IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems. Surfing the Waves of Science and Technology (Cat. No.98EX196), 2002A novel technique, able to theoretically nullify the input resistance of a generic current-in circuit is presented. The method does not reduce the dynamic swing of the original circuit to which it is applied, hence allowing low-voltage operations to be achieved.

A Current-Mode Memristor Emulator Circuit
2020In this paper, a new current-controlled memristor emulator circuit based on voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) as an active circuit element is proposed. The proposed emulator circuit is simulated on the 180 nm CMOS technology node making it both cost and power-efficient emulator circuit.

Design of ternary CCD circuits referencing to current-mode CMOS circuits
Proceedings 1997 27th International Symposium on Multiple- Valued Logic, 2002This paper investigates the relationship between current-mode and charge-mode circuits. In particular, it shows that four basic CCD logic elements have their counterparts in the current-mode circuits. This is in turn used to show how to apply design principles used for current-mode CMOS circuits to the design of charge-mode CCD circuits.

A current-mode defuzzifier circuit to realize the centroid strategy

Circuits and Systems in the Information Age ISCAS '97, 1997A current-mode circuit based on the square-rooter/multiplier and squarer/divider circuits to realise the centre-of-gravity defuzzification strategy is described. A current-mode circuit for fuzzy partition membership functions

No.99CH36349), 2003In this paper a novel current-mode CMOS circuit which uses transistors biased in weak inversion regime is suggested. This circuit is used to implement membership functions with the constraint of orthogonality. An IC has been realized in a 0.8 /spl mu/m CMOS technology and experimental measurements have been carried out on this prototype.

Synthesis of programmable current mode linear analog circuit

A generalized Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) network has been synthesized that can be easily programmed to realize different linear analog circuits. OTA is a voltage to current (V-I) converter with differential input.
