A note on orthogonal Lie algebras in dimension 4 viewed as current Lie algebras [PDF]
Orthogonal Lie algebras in dimension 4 are identified as current Lie algebras, thus producing a natural decomposition for them over any field.

Abstract Academic libraries, institutions, and publishers are interested in predicting future publishing output to help evaluate publishing agreements. Current predictive models are overly simplistic and provide inaccurate predictions. This paper presents Bayesian and frequentist statistical models to predict future article counts and costs.

Weight modules for current algebras
For any finite-dimensional simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ and commutative associative algebra $S$ of finite type, we give a complete classification of the simple weight modules of $\mathfrak{g}\otimes S$ with bounded weight multiplicities.

Kostant theorem for special filtered algebras [PDF]
A famous result of Kostant states that the universal enveloping algebra of a semisimple complex Lie algebra is a free module over its center. We prove an analogue of this result for a class of filtered algebras and apply it to show the freeness over its center of the restricted Yangian and the universal enveloping algebra of the restricted current ...

Prerequisite Relations Annotation Tool: Annotation and analysis of educational relations in texts
Abstract Relations between terms in texts have long been studied in linguistics and specialized knowledge domains, especially when occurring in educational materials like textbooks, where they play a crucial role in guiding instructional design and learning.

An application of free Lie algebras to current algebras and their representation theory [PDF]
We realize the current algebra of a Kac-Moody algebra as a quotient of a semi-direct product of the Kac-Moody Lie algebra and the free Lie algebra of the Kac-Moody algebra. We use this realization to study the representations of the current alg ebra. In particular we see that every ad-invariant ideal in the symmetric algebra of the Kac-Moody algebra ...

Abstract This article addresses the cooperative output consensus tracking problem for high‐order heterogeneous multi‐agent systems via a distributed proportional‐integral‐derivative (PID)‐like control strategy and proposes two novel control methodologies for the tuning of the control gains, which do not require any assumption and/or limitation on agent

We apply the new fall of conditions presented in the paper [1] on asymptotically flat spacetime solutions of Chern–Simons-like theories of gravity. We show that the considered fall of conditions asymptotically solve equations of motion of generalized ...

Higher genus affine algebras of Krichever - Novikov type [PDF]
For higher genus multi-point current algebras of Krichever-Novikov type associated to a finite-dimensional Lie algebra, local Lie algebra two-cocycles are studied. They yield as central extensions almost-graded higher genus affine Lie algebras. In case that the Lie algebra is reductive a complete classification is given.
