COMPARING DUAL CURRENT-CONVEYOR CONFIGURATIONS

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 1996
Composite current-conveyors formed by connecting monolithic dual devices to operate as a single CCII are examined in detail. Comparisons between the two common configurations show that the net performance favors one or the other depending upon the particular application requirements.

A NOVEL, COMPENSATED, TUNABLE CURRENT CONVEYOR

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 1992
A novel circuit configuration realizing an electronically tunable CCII which is based on OTAs, is presented. Simulation results confirm certain remarkable features of this circuit; linear operation for various input voltage values, linear tuning of current gain over a three decades range, and very good temperature compensation.

BiCMOS current conveyor: design and application

2000 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Emerging Technologies for the 21st Century. Proceedings (IEEE Cat No.00CH36353), 2002
With the growing interest in current-mode analogue circuits, this paper introduce an implementation of the second generation current conveyor using CMOS transistors and bipolar junction transistors in order to take the advantages of each one. Circuit details are given and simulation results are shown. The proposed circuit is suitable for implementation

A novel class A CMOS current conveyor

2000 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Emerging Technologies for the 21st Century. Proceedings (IEEE Cat No.00CH36353), 2002
A new architecture for class A CMOS current conveyor is proposed. The proposed circuit is free from the body effect and provides high performance in terms of input resistance and transfer gain errors. HSPICE simulation using 2 /spl mu/m process parameters also confirms the effectiveness of the proposed circuit.

Compound Current Conveyor with Reduced Current Tracking Error

2007 14th International Conference on Mixed Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 2007
Compound current conveyor, which generates both positive and negative current output without an additional mirror stage had been proposed in literature. In this work given circuit has been modified to reduce current tracking error. The other circuit performance values doesn't affected by this modification. SPICE simulation results show us the wide band

A high-speed current conveyor based current comparator

Microelectronics Journal, 2011
In this paper, a new high-speed current mode comparator based on inherent current conveyor and positive feedback properties is presented. This novel approach has resulted in major reduction of the response time and hence a wide band application of the circuit.

Arbitrary Waveform Generators Using Current-Controlled Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier and Current Conveyor Analog Switches

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2019
This paper presents a new amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), amplitude shift keying (ASK), frequency shift keying (FSK), phase shift keying (PSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) waveform generators using current current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA) and current conveyor analog switches (CCASs). Translinear current conveyors

International Journal of Electronics, 1985
Two types of translinear current conveyor are described, working either in the class-A mode or in the class-AB mode. A wide input current range is possible, and the circuits are readily integrable.

Analysis of CMOS current conveyor

Proceedings of the Fifteenth National Radio Science Conference. NRSC '98 (Cat. No.98EX109), 2002
Current conveyors have been used as a basic building block in a variety of electronic circuit in instrumentation and communication systems. Today they replace the conventional opamp in so many applications such as active filters, analog signal processing, and A/D, D/A converters.
