Current density in a perfect mirror
Optics Letters, 2008Electromagnetic radiation incident upon a perfect mirror induces a current density on the surface of the conducting material of the mirror. It is shown that this surface current density can be expressed directly in terms of the source current density, which generates the incident field, without evaluating the electric and magnetic fields first.

Current density in HTSC current leads
Russian Electrical Engineering, 2016The thermal state of high-temperature superconductor current leads is considered upon changes in the current density. A change of the thermal regime in the resistive section and at a point of contact between a normal conductor and superconductor is described. The factors limiting the current density in current leads are revealed.
