Differential current-mode clock distribution [PDF]

open access: yes2015 IEEE 58th International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS), 2015
In this paper, we present a differential current-mode pulsed flip-flop (DCMPFF) for low-power clock distribution using a representative 45nm CMOS technology. Experimental results show that the DCMPFF has 47% faster clock-to-output (CLK-Q) delay than a traditional voltage-mode (VM) pulsed flip-flop.

DISTRIBUTION OF EQUILIBRIUM EDGE CURRENTS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Nanoscience, 2003
The distribution of equilibrium edge current density in 2D system subjected to a strong (quantizing) magnetic field has been studied. The case of half plane in normal magnetic field has been considered. The transition from classical strong magnetic field to ultra-quantum limit has been investigated.

A Hepta-band Antenna Loaded with E-shaped Slot for S/C/X-band Applications [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications, 2019
A compact planar multiband antenna operating at 3.1 (S-band) /4.7/6.4/7.6 (C-band) /8.9/10.4/11.8 GHz (X-band) is presented. The proposed Microstrip Patch Antenna (MSPA) consists of a rectangular radiator in which an E-shaped slot is etched out and a ...

Quantum probability distribution of arrival times and probability current density [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
This paper compares the proposal made in previous papers for a quantum probability distribution of the time of arrival at a certain point with the corresponding proposal based on the probability current density.

Superconductor strip with transport current: Magneto-optical study of current distribution and its relaxation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
The dynamics of magnetic flux distributions across a YBaCuO strip carrying transport current is measured using magneto-optical imaging at 20 K. The current is applied in pulses of 40-5000 ms duration and magnitude close to the critical one, 5.5 A. During

Influence of UnevenTemperature on Current Distribution in Paralleled Multi-Chips Press Pack IGBT

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2020
The multi-chip parallel press pack IGBT device is a key component in flexible DC transmission equipment. Due to manufacturing processes, loop parasitic parameters and thermal coupling, the internal stress distribution of the device is imbalance ...

Numerical solutions of the current distribution in superconducting cables [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
Superconducting cables are described by current sheets using the continuum model of W. Carr Jr. [1] and assuming an anisotropic conductivity. Two different situations are considered: a) finite length of cable in spatially independent magnetic field; b ...

A mathematical and numerical framework for ultrasonically-induced Lorentz force electrical impedance tomography [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We provide a mathematical analysis and a numerical framework for Lorentz force electrical conductivity imaging. Ultrasonic vibration of a tissue in the presence of a static magnetic field induces an electrical current by the Lorentz force.
