DISTRIBUTION OF EQUILIBRIUM EDGE CURRENTS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Nanoscience, 2003
The distribution of equilibrium edge current density in 2D system subjected to a strong (quantizing) magnetic field has been studied. The case of half plane in normal magnetic field has been considered. The transition from classical strong magnetic field to ultra-quantum limit has been investigated.

The distribution of Fe in the antarctic circumpolar current [PDF]

open access: yesDeep Sea Research Part II: Topical Studies in Oceanography, 1997
The large-scale distributions of dissolved and total Fe in surface and deep waters of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current exhibit strong relationships with hydrography and biological processes. The mean dissolved Fe concentrations are low in surface waters of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current (0.31–0.49 nM, with a minimum of 0.17 nM) and higher ...

In-Network Distributed Solar Current Prediction [PDF]

open access: yesACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, 2014
Long-term sensor network deployments demand careful power management. While managing power requires understanding the amount of energy harvestable from the local environment, current solar prediction methods rely only on recent local history, which makes them susceptible to high variability.

Differential current-mode clock distribution [PDF]

open access: yes2015 IEEE 58th International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS), 2015
In this paper, we present a differential current-mode pulsed flip-flop (DCMPFF) for low-power clock distribution using a representative 45nm CMOS technology. Experimental results show that the DCMPFF has 47% faster clock-to-output (CLK-Q) delay than a traditional voltage-mode (VM) pulsed flip-flop.

Influence of UnevenTemperature on Current Distribution in Paralleled Multi-Chips Press Pack IGBT

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2020
The multi-chip parallel press pack IGBT device is a key component in flexible DC transmission equipment. Due to manufacturing processes, loop parasitic parameters and thermal coupling, the internal stress distribution of the device is imbalance ...

Effect of film thickness on the width of percolation threshold in metal-dielectric composites

open access: yesCondensed Matter Physics, 2016
The effect of thickness on the width of the percolation threshold in metal-dielectric composite films was examined. The distribution of current intensities through cubic networks of metal and dielectric components was determined using Kirchhoff's ...

Current Distribution at Electrode Edges at High Current Densities [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of The Electrochemical Society, 1989
At current densities large in magnitude and also large compared to the exchange current density, a conducting disk in an insulating plane has a very nonuniform current distribution across the surface. The current distribution near the center is governed predominantly by ohmic effects, but near the edge, electrode kinetics become important.

Exploring the Kinetic and Thermodynamic Relationship of Charge Transfer Reactions Used in Localized Electrodeposition and Patterning in a Scanning Bipolar Cell

open access: yesFrontiers in Chemistry, 2019
Bipolar electrochemistry involves spatial separation of charge balanced reduction and oxidation reactions on an electrically floating electrode, a result of intricate coupling of the work piece with the ohmic drop in the electrochemical cell and to the ...
