Proposal of Low-Speed Sensorless Control of IPMSM Using a Two-Interval Six-Segment High-Frequency Injection Method with DC-Link Current Sensing

open access: yesEnergies
This paper proposes a modification to existing saliency-based, sensorless control strategy for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors. The proposed approach leverages a two-interval, six-segment high-frequency voltage signal injection technique. It

Carcinomas and Carcinoid Tumors of the Lungs and Bronchi in Children and Adolescents: The EXPeRT Recommendations

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Primary lung carcinomas and bronchial carcinoid tumors (BC) are very rare malignancies in childhood. While typical BC and mucoepidermoid carcinomas are mostly low‐grade, localized tumors with a more favorable prognosis than in adults, necessitating avoidance of overtreatment, adenocarcinomas of the lung are often diagnosed at advanced disease ...

Fast control of the six phase asymmetric generator with the 3rd harmonic current injection

open access: yesArchives of Electrical Engineering, 2016
In this paper the MTPA, MTPF, constant torque and constant flux control trajectories are presented. These trajectories are calculated for a 6-phase asymmetric insettype SMPMSM generator with the assumption of a certain level of 3rd harmonic current ...

Intraoperative Collection of Ascitic Fluid With Intra‐ or Postoperative Reinfusion in Ovarian Cancer: Safety and Feasibility of a Roller Pumping Method

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Patients with ovarian cancer often present with massive ascites, leading to significant protein loss during surgical procedures. Although cell‐free concentrated ascites reinfusion therapy (CART) is used in palliative settings to mitigate protein loss, its application in intraoperative settings remains unexplored.

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

AC and DC Impedance Extraction for 3-Phase and 9-Phase Diode Rectifiers Utilizing Improved Average Mathematical Models

open access: yesEnergies, 2018
Switching models possess discontinuous and nonlinear behavior, rendering difficulties in simulations in terms of time consumption and computational complexity, leading to mathematical instability and an increase in its vulnerability to errors. This issue

Alternating N2 gas injection as a potential technique for enhanced gas recovery and CO2 storage in consolidated rocks: an experimental study

open access: yesJournal of Petroleum Exploration and Production Technology, 2020
The promotion of enhanced gas recovery (EGR) and CO2 storage is still shrouded in contention and is not well accepted, due to the excessive in situ CO2 mixing with the nascent natural gas.

Colliding pulse injection of polarized electron bunches in a laser-plasma accelerator

open access: yesPhysical Review Research, 2023
Highly polarized, multi-kiloampere-current electron bunches from compact laser-plasma accelerators are desired for numerous applications. Current proposals to produce these beams suffer from intrinsic limitations to the reproducibility, charge, beam ...
