Four quadrant control circuit for a brushless three-phase dc motor [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
A control circuit is provided for a brushless three-phase dc motor which affords four quadrant control from a single command. The control circuit probes acceleration of the motor in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and braking and ...

Integrated genomic and proteomic profiling reveals insights into chemoradiation resistance in cervical cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

Gearless Coal Mill Anti-Disturbance Sliding Mode Control Based on Improved Deadbeat Predictive Current Control

open access: yesActuators
This paper presents a composite control strategy for gearless coal mill to improve the disturbance immunity under low-speed variable operating conditions. First, the gearless coal mill encounters power supply voltage fluctuations, mechanical failures, or

Cover slip external cavity diode laser

open access: yes, 2007
The design of a 671 nm diode laser with a mode-hop-free tuning range of 40 GHz is described. This long tuning range is achieved by simultaneously ramping the external cavity length with the laser injection current.

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Emerging role of ARHGAP29 in melanoma cell phenotype switching

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study gives first insights into the role of ARHGAP29 in malignant melanoma. ARHGAP29 was revealed to be connected to tumor cell plasticity, promoting a mesenchymal‐like, invasive phenotype and driving tumor progression. Further, it modulates cell spreading by influencing RhoA/ROCK signaling and affects SMAD2 activity. Rho GTPase‐activating protein

Peak Current Control in Discontinuous Conduction Mode of Boost PFC

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2019
Peak current control is widely used in Boost power factor correction( PFC) converter, but mainly used in continuous conduction mode (CCM). Since the sinusoidal peak fitting curve is used in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), the average curve of a ...

Optically isolated logarithmic nanoammeter capable of floating to 5 kilovolts [PDF]

open access: yes
A logarithmic current-measuring instrument was developed to measure plasma coupling currents at a common mode voltage of 5 kilovolts. Positive or negative currents can be measured from 10 to the -9th power to .001 ampere direct current. Optical isolation

Electronically tunable current-mode multifunction filter using current-controlled current follower transconductance amplifier

open access: yesInformacije MIDEM - Journal of Microelectronics, Electronic Components and Materials, 2019
A new electronically tunable current-mode multifunction universal filter with three inputs and one output based on current-controlled current follower transconductance amplifier is presented. The proposed filter can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass filtering functions into single topology.

A synthetic benzoxazine dimer derivative targets c‐Myc to inhibit colorectal cancer progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Benzoxazine dimer derivatives bind to the bHLH‐LZ region of c‐Myc, disrupting c‐Myc/MAX complexes, which are evaluated from SAR analysis. This increases ubiquitination and reduces cellular c‐Myc. Impairing DNA repair mechanisms is shown through proteomic analysis.
