Current Accurate Calculation of PMSM Based on MTPA Control Mode

open access: yes机车电传动, 2016
To improve the current accurate calculation of PMSM based on MTPA control mode, the classic mathematical formulawas analyzed and the cause of calculation error was found, that is, for the interior PMSM, parameter Ld almost does not change with theid ...

Patient‐specific pharmacogenomics demonstrates xCT as predictive therapeutic target in colon cancer with possible implications in tumor connectivity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

Integral Sliding Mode Controller for PMSM Single Current Flux-Weakening Control

open access: yes机车电传动, 2018
An improved sliding mode speed controller was presented for flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) based on single current regulation algorithm, to improve the controllability of the speed of the single current regulator ...

Fast control technique for high frequency DC/DC integrated converter based on non-invasive output capacitance current estimation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
High switching frequency allows the integration of low power DC/DC converters. Although a high switching frequency would make feasible a voltage mode control with 1MHz bandwidth, parasitic effects and robustness don’t allow such a high bandwidth ...

Feasibility of a ctDNA multigenic panel for non‐small‐cell lung cancer early detection and disease surveillance

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Plasma‐based detection of actionable mutations is a promising approach in lung cancer management. Analysis of ctDNA with a multigene NGS panel identified TP53, KRAS, and EGFR as the most frequently altered, with TP53 and KRAS in treatment‐naïve patients and TP53 and EGFR in previously treated patients.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Comparative analysis of sliding mode and terminal sliding mode current control for Direct-Drive wave energy converters

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems
Given the current interest in increasing the world’s reliance on clean energy, wave energy systems, more specifically direct drive wave energy systems have been proposed as an alternative for non-renewable energy sources.

Screening for lung cancer: A systematic review of overdiagnosis and its implications

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Low‐dose computed tomography (CT) screening for lung cancer may increase overdiagnosis compared to no screening, though the risk is likely low versus chest X‐ray. Our review of 8 trials (84 660 participants) shows added costs. Further research with strict adherence to modern nodule management strategies may help determine the extent to which ...

Fast control technique for high frequency (5MHz) DC/DC integrated converter [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
A switching frequency of 5 MHz allows the integration in a chip of a low power (10W) DC/DC converter. Although this switching frequency would make feasible a voltage mode control with 1MHz bandwidth, the parasitics and robustness don't allow such a high ...

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.
