DETERMINING A TYPE OF A DAMAGE IN THE CURRENT PROTECTION OF POWER LINES OF 6–35 KV

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений и энергетических объединенний СНГ: Энергетика, 2017
The methods to identify types of phase-to-phase short circuits that can be used to improve technical excellence by speed-current line protection of distribution networks of 6–35 kV are considered.

The method of line protection construction with application of IEC 61850 standard on the example of Sepam 1000+ series microprocessor terminal

open access: yesОмский научный вестник
The paper raises a variant of architecture of realization of logical line protection on the basis of implementation of modern technologies. The idea of development and implementation of digital substations, the core of which is the application of IEC ...

A novel chopping current protection circuit for intrinsically safe power supply

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2016
For problems that traditional chopping current protection circuit had small cut-off current value and poor anti load impact ability, and needed additional recovery circuit or manual circuit after over-current fault, a novel chopping current protection ...

Designing the Current and Voltage Measuring Instrument for the Impressed Current Cathodic Protection [PDF]

open access: yesKirkuk Journal of Science, 2009
The buried underground or underwater metallic parts suffer from the chemical or hydrochemical corrosion effect. In this paper the later effect will be studied that is caused by the current generated between the metal parts ( the positive pole ) and the ...

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

DETECTION OF CURRENT CIRCUITS FAULT FOR DIFFERENTIAL CURRENT PROTECTION

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений и энергетических объединенний СНГ: Энергетика, 2018
False operation of the differential current protection leads to tripping of the most important electrical power objects. Fault of current transformer’s secondary circuits is one of the most often cause of false operation of the differential current ...

Parent Quality of Life at Two Years Following Their Child's Completion of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Treatment

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Parents of children treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) often experience significant caregiver burden and disruption to their well‐being. While parent quality of life (QoL) during treatment is well characterized, little is known about outcomes during early survivorship.

New optical differential protection algorithm applied in bus protection

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2018
In order to improve the speed and reliability of bus protection, people put forward the optical current transformer (OCT) replaced the traditional electric–magnetic current transformer.

Novel Genetic Risk Factor Identified for L‐Asparaginase‐Induced Pancreatitis in Pediatric Patients With Cancer

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background L‐asparaginase is a critical component in treatment protocols for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Acute pancreatitis reactions can necessitate delays and, in some cases, discontinuation of L‐asparaginase, which compromises outcomes.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
