Current ratio controller CRC2 for electrodeposition
Review of Scientific Instruments, 1995For the quasicontinuous potentiostatic electrodeposition of compound semiconductors, up to four injection anodes of different and differently changing resistances were used simultaneously. The design of an automatic current control unit to keep the relative anodic currents constant is shown.

The Precise Measurement of Current Ratios

Sample pulses are taken from both currents by the same gating process while the duty cycle is changed in order to keep the time average of the pulsed denominator current constant.

Compensation for errors due to low current gain and mismatching of emitter efficiencies can be introduced to cancel these errors.

A simple monolithic current-gain cell for large current ratios
International Journal of Electronics, 1980A simple current-gain circuit is presented which generates large temperature insensitive current ratios accurately defined by small ratios of resistance and device area. Precision better than 1% and 100 ppm/°C is obtained in practice. A gain-bandwidth product of 1 GHz has been measured.
