Compensation of calibration graph curvature and interference in flow-injection spectrophotometry using gradient ratio calibration

Abstract The single standard gradient ratio calibration method (GRCM) proposed for flow-injection atomic absorption spectrometry was extended to spectrophotometric flow-injection analysis. A peak-shift procedure is proposed for correction of drifts in peak position due to flow-rate variations.
