A Straddling Monorail Train Scheme with Coupled Bogie and Its Dynamics Performance

open access: yes机车电传动, 2019
A new scheme of straddling monorail train was proposed based on the coupling bogie of straddling monorail vehicle.Coupled bogies were used at the adjacent car bodies and single-axle bogies with bolsters were used at the end of train.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Effect of superposed horizontal and vertical curves on curve performance of single-axle forced-steering bogies

open access: yes机车电传动
Trains running on sections with overlapped vertical and horizontal curves are affected by both vertical and horizontal centrifugal forces, resulting in more complicated wheel-rail interactions compared to operation on horizontal curves alone.

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Inhibition of cyclin‐dependent kinases 12/13 using CT7439 as a treatment for colorectal cancer with CDK12 upregulation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Dynamic performance analysis of an articulated hot metal ladle car

open access: yes机车电传动
Utilizing the multi-body dynamics software Simpack, a dynamics model was established for an articulated hot metal ladle car. The axle load distributions across different articulated positions were obtained from both theoretical calculations and ...

Wheel Plate Shape Optimization for Heavy Axle Load Locomotive

open access: yes机车电传动, 2010
The wheel plate shape of 35 t axle load locomotive had been optimized. The maximum equivalent stress of optimized plate is less than the old one when the locomotive passing through a turnout and curve and the mass of optimized wheel was also reduced. The

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.
