Curved-ray tensor tomography for residual stress measurements in the axisymmetric graded rods
For the first time, an algorithm for reconstructing an arbitrary distribution of residual stresses by the polarization tomography method for cylindrical rod structures with a radial distribution of the refractive index has been presented.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Carbon nanomaterial‐reinforced epoxy composites exhibit pronounced piezoresistive behavior, enabling intrinsic damage sensing under cyclic and fatigue loading. This review critically compares carbon nanotube and graphene systems, correlating filler content, percolation threshold, and gauge factor with sensing stability and damage evolution.

Thermomechanical fatigue tests of laser beam powder bed fusion (PBF‐LB) Inconel 718 show that the additively manufactured material reaches almost the lifetimes of conventionally‐rolled material under no‐dwell conditions. Introducing dwell times at the maximum temperature markedly reduces the lifetimes due to pronounced grain boundary sliding associated

Investigation of immersion media and materials for optical diagnostics in curved wall channels by the matching index of refraction [PDF]
Five different refractive liquids and two possible transparent solid materials were tested to perform matched index of refraction (MIR) optical flow measurements and visualisation in channels with curved walls, for example, models of rods in fuel ...
