Genetics‐Based Targeting Strategies for Precise Neuromodulation
In this Review, the fundamental principles and implementation protocols of genetics‐based precision neuromodulation are first introduced. Then, wireless and low‐invasive strategies based on nano‐transducing materials are highlighted, along with a dissection and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of representative studies.

A remark on cuspidal local systems
In this note we show that all reductive groups are clean in odd characteristic. In characteristic 2 there are two cuspidal local systems (one for $F_4$ and one for $E_8$) which can not be handled by our method.

The exponential map at a cuspidal singularity [PDF]
Abstract We study spaces with a cuspidal (or horn-like) singularity embedded in a smooth Riemannian manifold and analyze the geodesics in these spaces which start at the singularity. This provides a basis for understanding the intrinsic geometry of such spaces near the singularity. We show that these geodesics combine to naturally define

In this study, a novel mechanism is unveiled by which ADD1, acting as a molecular switch, coordinates actin branch dynamics and the transport of endocytic viruses and cargoes. Phosphorylation of ADD1 at Ser726 reduces actin branch density, enhancing endosome fusion and attachment to microtubules.

Effect Of Coronary Bypass And Valve Structure On Outcome In Isolated Valve Replacement For Aortic Stenosis [PDF]
Reports differ regarding the effect of concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in patients who undergo aortic valve replacement (AVR) for aortic stenosis (AS), and no reports have described the effect of aortic valve structure in patients who ...

This study introduces KK2DP7, a dendrimer‐structured peptide adjuvant, as a tool to decode trained immunity's role in antitumor therapy. Splenic CD11b+ cells mediate tumor suppression via TLR2‐IRF7 activation and epigenetic reprogramming, validated by adoptive transfer experiments.

A Note on the Rational Cuspidal Curves [PDF]
In this short note we give an elementary combinatorial argument, showing that the Conjecture of J. Fern ndez de Bobadilla, I. Luengo, A. Melle-Hern ndez, A. N methi follows from the results of M. Borodzik and C. Livingston in the case of rational cuspidal curves with two critical points.

Novel Electroactive Therapeutic Platforms for Cardiac Arrhythmia Management
Electroactive platforms offer promising applications in cardiac arrhythmia. Based on their energy sources and mechanisms, electroactive platforms are categorized into i) direct electrical stimulation, ii) self‐powered electroactive systems, iii) physical stimuli‐mediated electroactive systems, and iv) conductive systems, and their applications in ...
