An account of the net produce of the permanent taxes which subsisted previous to the 5th of January 1791, for one year ending 5th the January 1797; adding thereto the difference between the produce of the duties on home-made spirits in that year, and the average produce therof in three years, ending the 5th of January 1795; and adding likewise the amount of the sums paid during that year from the revenue of the customs on account of bounties for corn imported, or bounties for raising seamen.
