Utero-cutaneous fistula UCF is an unusual and rarely reported clinical entity, that may be caused by postoperative or postpartum complications, such as infection or inflammation. It was first described by Thomas Case in 1958. Since then the literature on it has been confined to a few case reports, in totally about 100 cases being published.
