A noncanonical role for Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction

open access: yesThe FEBS Journal, Volume 293, Issue 15, Page 4604-4623, August 2026.
The Notch signaling pathway plays a crucial role in regulating endothelial biology. Notch signaling is sensitive to hemodynamic forces and governs mechanically driven cardiovascular development, physiology, and remodeling. This study reveals a non‐canonical role for the Notch ligand Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction.

Machine Learning of Personal Repertoires From Public T Cell Receptors

open access: yesImmunological Reviews, Volume 341, Issue 1, August 2026.
ABSTRACT The T‐cell receptor (TCR) repertoire records an individual's immunological history, but most unique CDR3 sequences in any one person are private and uninformative about anyone else. A small subset, however, recurs predictably across unrelated donors.

Artificial Nutrition Support During Acute Illness in Pregnancy: A Scoping Review

open access: yesJournal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Volume 39, Issue 4, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Background The delivery of artificial nutrition support during acute illness in patients who are pregnant is complex with considerations for both maternal and foetal health outcomes. However, there is little known about the research available to guide the artificial nutrition support during pregnancy.
