Pyrazine‐Functionalized Ru(II)‐Complexes as Visible‐Light Activated Photobases

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Visible light excitation leads to the accumulation of electron density in pyrazine‐containing Ru(II) complexes via metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (MLCT). In aqueous solutions of appropriate pH, excited‐state proton transfer (ESPT) takes place on a timescale of hundreds of ps.

Growth and nitrogen uptake kinetics in cultured Prorocentrum donghaiense.

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2014
We compared growth kinetics of Prorocentrum donghaiense cultures on different nitrogen (N) compounds including nitrate (NO3-), ammonium (NH4+), urea, glutamic acid (glu), dialanine (diala) and cyanate. P.

Curing model and process parameters of cyanate ester resin based adhesives for spacecraft

open access: yesCailiao gongcheng, 2020
The non-isothermal reaction kinetics of cyanate ester system was investigated by dynamic differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The analysis of non-isothermal data was carried out by using the model-fitting Kissinger, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa, and Crane ...

On the Facile Synthesis of Triazaarsoles Using Acyclic Precursors

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 31, Issue 27, May 14, 2025.
Easily accessible dichloroarsanes are suitable precursors for the synthesis of novel triazaarsoles, the arsenic analogues of tetrazoles and triazaphospholes. Our findings pave the way to access and fully investigate such aromatic arsenic heterocycles in detail.

Impacts of Chalcogen Bonding on the Stability and Reactivity of 5‐Iminothianthrene Platform: Toward Electrophilic Nitrogen Sources

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
5‐Iminothianthrene reacted with various electrophiles, such as acid chlorides, protons, and iso(thio)cyanates, to afford the corresponding adducts. Intramolecular chalcogen bonding (ChB) was identified through natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis based on their X‐ray crystal structures.

Linear and Two‐Dimensional Infrared Spectroscopy of the Multifunctional Vibrational Probe, 3‐(4‐Azidophenyl) Propiolonitrile. Deperturbing a Fermi Triad by Isotopic Substitution

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 26, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
Linear infrared spectroscopy combined with isotope labeling and density functional theory unravels the origin of a Fermi triad in a multifunctional vibrational chromophore. Ultrafast 2DIR‐spectroscopy reports directly on the dynamics and the intramolecular vibrational energy flow pathways in the isotopically deperturbed system. Abstract Infrared probes

Radiolysis of ammonia-containing ices by energetic, heavy and highly charged ions inside dense astrophysical environments [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Deeply inside dense molecular clouds and protostellar disks, the interstellar ices are protected from stellar energetic UV photons. However, X-rays and energetic cosmic rays can penetrate inside these regions triggering chemical reactions, molecular ...
