치의학과/석사[한글] 봉합사를 이용하여 혈관문합을 시행하는 전통적인 미세혈관문합 방법은 비교적 성공률이 높은 수술 방법으로 알려져 왔으나 봉합침에 의해 혈관 내막이 손상되고 수술시간이 길며 수술수기가 어려운 단점이 있다. 그리하여 혈관 내막의 손상을 줄이고 수술 조작이 간단하고 신속한 미세혈관문합 수술 방법을 찾고자 여러 방법들이 시도되었지만 만족할 만한 결과를 얻지 못하였다.
