Occlusion and Vascular Malformation Solved by a Novel Recanalization Management in a Hemodialysis Patient: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Our case report demonstrates that combined with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and extraluminal recanalization, better blood flow was regained and the new vascular access was able to support regular hemodialysis. This may be another better choice for vascular access malformation for hemodialysis patients.

Nonpharmacological Pain Management for Premature Neonates in Neonatal Intensive Care Units: A Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 9, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Preterm neonates are at higher risk of cumulative procedural pain at a crucial point in brain development. Several procedures performed in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) have ineffective or absent pain management protocols. Nonpharmacological interventions are simple to implement and cost‐efficient.

Lithospermic Acid Improves Doxorubicin‐Induced Cardiomyopathy Through Sirtuin‐3‐Mediated Deacetylation of p53

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, Volume 40, Issue 3, Page 965-985, March 2026.
Lithospermic acid (LA) inactivates the p53 signaling pathway via directly targeting SIRT3, thereby alleviating oxidative stress and abnormal apoptosis in the progression of doxorubicin (Dox)‐induced cardiomyocytes. ABSTRACT Doxorubicin (Dox)‐induced cardiomyopathy (DIC) is characterized by significant myocardial damage that can progress to dilated ...
