Temperature‐Resilient Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function Driven by Pulse Modulation Using CMOS‐Integrated Spintronic Chips

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

Cyber-Victimization and Cyberbullying: The Moderator Effects of Emotion Regulation from Perpetrators

open access: yesJournal An-Nafs: Kajian Penelitian Psikologi, 2023
Cyberbullying is a form of behavior that harms, disrupts, and threatens the safety of other users on social media. Cyberbullying is crucial to explore, considering that most research focuses on victims and less on perpetrators. The present study aimed to

Synaptic κ‐Ga2O3 Photodetectors for Privacy‐Enhancing Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report on a single‐element neuromorphic sensor based on the persistent photoconductivity (PPC) of κ‐phase Ga2O3 capable of sensing ultraviolet light and harnessing intrinsic data privacy. The approach establishes a materials‐enabled pathway toward compact, intelligent, and privacy‐enhancing optoelectronic hardware for next‐generation edge systems ...

Selective Interfacial Barriers Drive High‐Performance GeTe Thermoelectrics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Carrier‐phonon decoupling is the key to developing high‐performance thermoelectric materials. Here, we demonstrate that selective interfacial barriers can decouple carrier and phonon transport, thus achieving an exceptional peak ZT of ∼2.7 at 773 K, along with a record‐high average ZT of 1.9 across 300–773 K in the (Ge0.82Mn0.04Bi0.04Pb0.1Te)0.99(VSe2 ...

Development of the multidimensional peer victimization scale–revised (MPVS-R) and the multidimensional peer bullying scale (MPVS-RB) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Peer victimization is a frequent occurrence for many adolescents; however, some of the psychometric properties of self-report scales assessing these experiences remain unclear.
