Ibrain, EarlyView.Exosome therapy shows promise in Alzheimer's disease. This study compared normal and modified exosomes from AD brain extract‐treated MSCs in STZ‐induced SH‐SY5Y cells. Exosomes improved neuronal viability, reduced oxidative stress and inflammation, and activated Nrf2/HO‐1 signaling.
