The Cyclic Quadrangle in the Isotropic Plane

Sarajevo Journal of Mathematics
In [15], [2] we focused on the geometry of the non-tangential quadrilateral and in [3], [14] we turned our attention to the non-cyclic quadrangle in the isotropic plane. This paper gives some of the results concerning the geometry of a cyclic quadrangle in the isotropic plane. A cyclic quadrangle is called standard if a circle with the equation y = x 2

Cyclic Quadrangle in the Isotropic Plane

Sarajevo journal of mathematics, 2011
This paper gives some of the results concerning the geometry of a cyclic quadrangle in the isotropic plane. A cyclic quadrangle is called standard if a circle with the equation y = x^2 is circumscribed to it. In order to prove geometric facts for each cyclic quadrangle, it is sufficient to give a proof for the standard quadrangle.

On the Cyclic Quadrangle in the Isotropic Plane

2015
This presentation gives some of the results concerning the geometry of a cyclic quadrangle in the isotropic plane. A cyclic quadrangle is called standard if a circle with the equation y = x^2 is circumscribed to it. In order to prove geometric facts for each cyclic quadrangle, it is sufficient to give a proof for the standard quadrangle.

On Umbilic Axes of Circles of the Non Cyclic Quadrangle in the Isotropic Plane

Mathematica Pannonica, 2010
A power of the point and a power of the line with respect to the circle in the isotropic plane are studied in this paper. To begin with, the radical axis and the radical center of circles in the isotropic plane are presented. As the principle of duality is preserved in the isotropic plane, notions dual to the radical axis and to the radical center, the

On Some Properties of Non Cyclic Quadrangle in Isotropic Plane

2008
Some properties of a non cyclic quadrangle in an isotropic plane are presented in this talk. Let A, B, C, D be any four points in an isotropic plane where any two of them are not parallel and any three are not incident with the same line. The figure consisting of these four points and their six joint lines is called a complete quadrangle and will be ...

Cyclic quadrangles from squares

2006
Summary: In this paper we show how to use computers to discover appearence of cyclic quadrangles in geometric configurations based on a fixed square \(ABCD\) and a variable point \(P\) in the plane. The idea is to consider various central points (like the orthocenters) of the four triangles \(ABP, BCP, CDP\) and \(DAP\) or their orthogonal projections ...

On some Properties of Cyclic Quadrangles in Isotropic Plane

2017
In this talk we present several results concerning the geometry of the cyclic quadrangle in the isotropic plane, and we focus on the harmonic quadrangle in the plane. We construct new harmonic quadrangles associated to the given quadrangle and study their properties related to Brocard points.
