Cyclic voltammetry at microstructured electrodes

Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, 1994
Abstract We present the theoretical treatment of cyclic voltammograms at microstructured electrodes. Calculations of voltammograms permit the determination of electrochemical parameters of redox systems in a single cell in parallel with the determinations of the spectroscopic parameters.

Cyclic voltammetry at constant sphericity

Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, 1998
Cyclic voltammetry has been applied to the study of a simple charge transfer reaction at a spherical electrode such as the static mercury drop electrode. Theoretical and experimental curves have been obtained at constant sphericity both for a reversible and slow electrode process, taking into account amalgam formation.

Cyclic Potential Scanner For Voltammetry

Instrumentation Science & Technology, 1980
ABSTRACT A surprisingly simple triangular pulse generator for cyclic volt ammetry based on ordinary general purpose FET operational amplifiers is described. Step changing scanning speeds from 10 up to 100000 mV/s are available giving a total number of 37 fixed different values. Scanning amplitude is continuosly adjustable up to ± 2 V.

Cells for chronopotentiometry and cyclic voltammetry

Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry (1959), 1966
Abstract The construction and use of two types of electrolysis cells embodying some novel features are described. The cells are designed for simplicity of operation, reproducible alignment of electrode elements, and a symmetrical arrangement of these elements to conform with the best electrochemical practice.

Basic instrumentation for fast cyclic voltammetry

Journal of Neuroscience Methods, 1988
Fast cyclic voltammetry is a new voltammetric technique which has been especially useful for measurements of dopamine release in vivo. This paper describes methods for the construction of a basic fast cyclic voltammetric amplifier, and the associated apparatus necessary to carry out fast cyclic voltammetric experiments.

Microcomputer-controlled cyclic voltammetry

Journal of Chemical Education, 1986
70. Bits and pieces, 28. This note describes construction of a simple CV system using a microcomputer both for control of the cycling voltage and for reading the response current.

Cyclic voltammetry of supported BLMs

Smart Materials and Structures, 1996
The transfer of an electron across a bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) is one of the BLMs most exciting processes. A number of well known electron mediators have been investigated using the method of cyclic voltammetry on a Teflon coated platinum wire, the tip of which has been modified by a self-assembled bilayer lipid membrane (s-BLM).

Cyclic Voltammetry of Fluorenones: Simulation

ECS Transactions, 2013
Simulation of the cyclic voltammograms of dinitributoxy carbonyl fluorenone, t-butyl-2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone, 4-carboxyl-2,5,7-trinitrofluorenone, and 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone in DMF\tetra-n-butylammonium perchlorate observed (9) at mercury bead electrode were simulated by using softwares: CVSIM and ESP 2.4.
