Space time block code construction based on cyclotomic coset factorization

Proceedings IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory,, 2003
The space time cyclotomic coset factorization codes are a new class of block space time codes which achieve full diversity. The codes are based on classical linear coding theory which facilitates their design. Full rank code constructions also exist based on the Gaussian integer field where p, is a prime number satisfying p, = 4 * n + 1, n an integer.

Constructions of irregular nonbinary QC-LDPC codes: Cyclotomic coset approach

2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing, 2012
A cyclotomic coset approach for constructions of irregular nonbinary quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes of short length is proposed. QC-LDPC codes obtained by this method perform reasonably well over the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel with iterative decoding in terms of bit-error performance, error-floor, and decoding ...

Using Hash Table and Cyclotomic Coset Method for Decoding the Quadratic Residue Code

2018 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics-Taiwan (ICCE-TW), 2018
A method for decoding of the quadratic residue (QR) code with hash tables is presented. The method can be applied in decoding the (31, 16, 7) QR code that the generator polynomial can be factored. In other words, the mapping between elements of syndrome $\mathbf{S}_{1}$ and all correctable error patterns is not one-to-one.
