Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.

Features of transition modes of friction surfaces with partially regular microrelief
Aviation, 2018 Textured surfaces with partially regular micro relief (PRMR) are reported to be an effective means to control lublication. It was found they are good wear debris trap and suppliers of lubricant directly to the actual friction area.

Advanced Materials, EarlyView.The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.

Renmin Zhujiang, 2001 Each hydraulic hoist of eccentric trunnion sector gate consists of two sets of cylinders and one set of hydraulic pump station. Bladder accumulators are used to supply oil into cylinders when leakage occurs to prevent the gate from sinking.
