Selective and Precise Editing of Digital Polymers Through Parallel or Series Toehold‐Mediated Strand Displacement

A sequence‐encoded supramolecular construct containing two accessible toeholds is developed herein for enabling multiple editing operations. By introducing specific input strands, it is possible to selectively erase or rewrite digital content through parallel or series toehold‐mediated strand displacement (PTMSD or STMSD).

Unified reference system for geometric characteristics dimensional elements of details. Part II. Geometric characteristics of cylindrical elements of parts

The unified reference system for the geometric characteristics of the part is the Cartesian rectangular coordinate system, which is materialized by sets of design datums that limit the part to six degrees of freedom: three linear and three angular. ISO standards for geometric tolerances do not use coordinate systems.
