3D Printed Photon Shield Assembly for Low‐Noise Visual Stimulation During Two‐Photon Imaging in Mice
We present the Photon Shield, an open‐hardware system for low‐noise two‐photon calcium imaging during visual stimulation in mice. Combining a 3D‐printed headplate and rail‐mounted shield substantially reduces stray‐light contamination, as quantitatively verified. Functional validation confirms reliable cortical responses. Open design files enable broad

Laser‐Induced Local De‐Doping in Organic Semiconductors
The polymer PBTTT‐C14 doped with the small molecule acceptor F4TCNQ is considered as a benchmark material system. Mask‐free, microscale patterning of the doping level via laser‐induced heating and sublimation of dopant molecules is shown. Controlling laser irradiance and swath spacing allows dopant level control with laser‐limited resolution, opening ...

Unlocking Terahertz Steganography: Authentication of Hidden Images in Flexible Media
Hidden information in multilayered devices, such as steganographic portraits, is detected and authenticated using reflection‐mode terahertz time‐domain imaging. Image reconstruction relies on a dedicated figure‐of‐merit obtained by integrating the signal intensity over the time‐window associated with the reflection from the metallic mirror backing the ...

On polhke’s type projections in the cylindrical case
Given three non-parallel segments OP1, OP2, OP3 in a plane ω, we consider the ellipses EP1,P2 , EP2,P3 , EP3,P1 having as conjugate semi-diameters the pairs (OP1,OP2), (OP2,OP3) and (OP3,OP1), respectively. We find the necessary and sufficient conditions for (i) the existence of a common point P ∈ EP1,P2 ∩ EP2,P3 ∩ EP3,P1 and (ii) the existence of a ...
