Gall Wasps (Hymenoptera : Cynipidae ) in Kyushu,Japan
Sixty-three sorts of gall induced by Cynipidae (Hymenoptera) were previously known to occur in Kyushu, Japan. Fifty-three sorts of them were recorded again during the course of this study, althoug ten sorts could not be found.

Etymology of Phanacidini Taxa (Cynipoidea: Cynipidae)
The etymology of taxon names (genera and species) within the tribe Phanacidini (Cynipidae), which predominantly occurs in the Palearctic region and primarily induces galls on plants of the family Asteraceae, is examined here in detail for the first time.
