Accumulation and Resistance to Copper of Two Biotypes of Cynodon dactylon
Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, 2009The effects of copper accumulation and resistance in two biotypes of Cynodon dactylon were studied. Results showed that at a low concentration of copper (

Characterization of the isoforms of the group I allergen of Cynodon dactylon
Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, 1995The group I allergen of Cynodon dactylon, Cyn d I, was found to consist of four to 10 isoforms. We studied the isoforms with the use of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The antigenic difference of the isoforms was evaluated by radioimmunoprecipitation with monoclonal antibodies (MAbs).

Physiologia Plantarum, 2010
The study was conducted to examine differential proteomic responses to water‐deficit stress in hybrid bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. ×Cynodon transvaalensis Burtt Davy, cv. Tifway] and common bermudagrass (C. dactylon, cv. C299). Plants were exposed to water‐deficit stress for 15 days by withholding irrigation in a growth chamber.

Management of Cynodon dactylon L. in Mulberry Plantation
Madras Agricultural Journal, 2010Perennial weeds like Cynodon dactylon L. is one of the most troublesome weeds in mulberry plantations. Any management practice apart from being effective should be economically more remunerative and environmentally safe. In mulberry plantations, of the total weed density, C. dactylon alone accounted for 38.89 percent.

Cynodon dactylon control with tillage and glyphosate
Crop Protection, 2002Abstract Field experiments were conducted during two cropping seasons at two sites in Botswana to determine the efficacy of combining glyphosate and tillage in controlling C. dactylon . Treatments consisted of no-tillage, single and double ploughing during winter and spring plus the application of glyphosate at 0, 1.08, and 2.16 kg ha −1 3–4 weeks ...

Common Bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.]
1988Bermudagrasses (Cynodon L. C. Rich) are C4-type tropical perennial grass. The growth habit is quite prostrate with an intergradation of stolon and rhizomes that form very tight sod. Chromosome numbers of bermudagrasses have been reported as 18 and 20 in a diploid, 27 and 30 in a triploid, and 30, 36, and 40 in a tetraploid (Beard 1973).

STUDIES ON THE BIOTYPES OF CYNODON DACTYLON (L.) PERS.
Weed Research, 1962Summary. Studies on clones of cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. have revealed the existence of four biotypes of this species. The sole use of morphological characters to classify them was found unsatisfactory and other definite diagnostic characters have been introduced comprising hair group characteristics and leaf and stolon epidermal structures ...
