Self‐powered H2O2 production using a Zn–air electrochemical cell employing a polymer blend membrane

open access: yesJournal of Chemical Technology &Biotechnology, EarlyView.
Abstract BACKGROUND Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a strong oxidant and a carbon‐free fuel which is synthesized by the costly anthraquinone method, prompting research into highly efficient electrocatalytic processes. RESULTS This study introduces a self‐sustaining Zn–air electrochemical cell with a carbon black cathode and an efficient polymer‐blend ion ...

Editorial: Transdiagnostic approaches to child and adolescent mental health—Integrating development, dimensions, and mechanisms

open access: yesJCPP Advances, EarlyView.
Abstract Co‐occurrence of child and adolescent neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions is the rule rather than the exception, yet translating this insight into shared frameworks and clinical practice remains challenging. In this Editorial, we are pleased to introduce the 26 papers included in the 2026 Special Issue of JCPP Advances.

Pollen Morphology of Crucianella L. (Rubiaceae) Based on Light and Scanning Electron Microscope Data and Implications for Taxonomy

open access: yesMicroscopy Research and Technique, EarlyView.
This study provides the palynological analysis of 12 Crucianella L. taxa using LM and SEM. Variations in pollen size, aperture number, and exine ornamentation were identified as key traits, demonstrating their taxonomic value for distinguishing closely related species and subspecies within the genus. ABSTRACT Crucianella L.

Time and Free Trade Agreements: Implications for the AfCFTA

open access: yesJournal of International Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines how free trade agreements (FTAs) can boost economic growth by increasing trade, with clear implications for the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA). Our main finding is that in general, the effects of FTAs are delayed by at least 3 years on average for intra‐African trade.
