Clinical Genetics, Volume 108, Issue 4, Page 400-411, October 2025.Gastrointestinal, skin, thyroid, and vascular lesions are frequently present in PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome patients with little to no difference between sexes or by index status. Early‐onset lipomas (< 20 years) may be useful for early recognition of patients, and uterine polyps should be considered for inclusion as a PHTS‐related lesion.
