SummaryTwenty-six patients with Baker's cysts have been observed in the period January 1963 to May 1964. Swelling, redness, tenderness and pain in the leg below the cyst was noticed in 11 patients. Seven of these had anti-coagulation treatment before admission.

Nasolabial Cyst Mimicking a Radicular Cyst
Nasolabial cyst is an uncommon nonodontogenic, developmental cyst, originating in maxillofacial soft tissues characterised by its extraosseous location in nasal alar region. This cyst is frequently asymptomatic with most usual sign being alar nose elevation. Its frequency is around 0.7% of cysts of the jaws and 2.5% of the nonodontogenic cyst.

Proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses were performed on lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) tumors with EGFR, KRAS, or EML4–ALK alterations and wild‐type cases. Distinct protein expression and phosphorylation patterns were identified, especially in EGFR‐mutated tumors. Key altered pathways included vesicle transport and RNA splicing.
