Second branchial cleft cyst with “cyst-within-cyst” appearance
Clinical Imaging, 2007A 68-year-old female consulted our hospital, complaining of a large mass on the left side of the neck. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed the characteristic internal architecture of the mass, in which a small cyst was located within a cystic mass, showing a "cyst-within-cyst" appearance.

Choledochal cysts and multilocular cysts of the pancreas
Human Pathology, 2003Choledochal cyst is a rare congenital anomaly of the biliary system that may be associated with other abnormalities of the hepatobiliary tract. We report a case of an 11-year-old boy in whom the preoperative evaluation revealed a choledochal cyst and intraoperative cholangiopancreatography showed a cystic mass in the pancreas.

2023Abstract: This chapter focuses on the classification and imaging of synovial cyst, ganglion cyst, and bursae. These lesions clinically present as a soft tissue mass and are often referred to the radiologist for further workup of a “soft tissue tumor.” They are however of nonneoplastic origin and have in most scenarios characteristic imaging features.

Baker's Cyst Connected to Popliteal Artery Cyst
Annals of Vascular Surgery, 1988A patient with compression of the left popliteal artery by cystic adventitial disease is presented. The adventitial cyst was connected to a Baker's cyst. The patient suffered severe ischemia only after heavy exercise, because the mucous fluid of the Baker's cyst shifted into the popliteal artery cyst when the Baker's cyst was compressed.
