Moldavian Journal of the Physical Sciences, 2014 A single crystal of gallium antimonide doped with 3 at % 57 Fe was obtained via the Czochralski method. The Mössbauer investigations revealed four iron patterns: one diamagnetic and three Fe magnetically ordered sites, even at room temperature.
