Thermal sulfurization effect on sprayed CZTS thin filmsproperties and CZTS/CdS solar cells performances

open access: yesMaterials Research Express, 2018
Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully deposited by a simple and inexpensive technique such as ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The effect of sulfurization temperature on CZTS films properties and on Mo/CZTS/CdS/ZnO/ZnO:Al solar cell performances were studied. The investigated sulfurization temperatures were ranged from 450 °C to 550 °C.

The electrical characteristics of ITO/CZTS/ZnO/Al and ITO/ZnO/CZTS/Al heterojunction diodes

open access: yesOptik, 2019
Abstract In this study, ITO/a-CZTS/ZnO1/Al, ITO/ZnO2/a-CZTS/Al and ITO/ZnO2/c-CZTS/Al diode structures were produced by PLD technique and analysed, as well as data are presented. a-CZTS and ZnO thin films were grown as layer by layer thin films on ITO coated glass at room temperature and annealing process was not carried out for these samples ...
