Critical role of intestinal interleukin-4 modulating regulatory T cells for desensitization, tolerance, and inflammation of food allergy. [PDF]
The mechanism inducing either inflammation or tolerance to orally administered food allergens remains unclear. To investigate this we analyzed mouse models of food allergy (OVA23-3) and tolerance (DO11.10 [D10]), both of which express ovalbumin (OVA ...

GO term analysis of genes in D10 inducible cells and during VACV infection.
(A-C) GO term analysis for Molecular Function ontology among ranked list of genes downregulated by D10 in dox-inducible cells (A), downregulated by WT VACV infection at 18 hpi relative to mock (B), or downregulated specifically by D10 during VACV ...

Changing Profiles of Housing Deprivation in European Union Countries
Housing deprivation is often analyzed as the proportion of population affected by housing problems related to a variety of issues. As a result, even if the level of housing deprivation is similar across countries, they may face different housing-related ...

Clag9 is not essential for PfEMP1 surface expression in non-cytoadherent Plasmodium falciparum parasites with a chromosome 9 deletion. [PDF]
BACKGROUND: The expression of the clonally variant virulence factor PfEMP1 mediates the sequestration of Plasmodium falciparum infected erythrocytes in the host vasculature and contributes to chronic infection.

Sustained Expression of Homeobox D10 Inhibits Angiogenesis [PDF]
Homeobox (Hox) genes are master regulatory genes that direct organogenesis and maintain differentiated tissue function. As HoxD3 and HoxB3 promote angiogenesis, we investigated whether endothelial cells use other Hox genes to maintain a mature quiescent phenotype.

Krøgenes D7 og D10. To tidligneolittiske lokaliteter med flekkeproduksjon

ABSTRACT Vascularization remains a major obstacle in tissue engineering. Here, we introduce a bioprinting strategy to generate centimeter‐scale, self‐organizing “mother vessel” constructs from iPSC‐derived hiMPCs. By optimizing bioink composition, printing was accomplished in a single‐step approach. Within one week, hiMPCs differentiated into both CD31+

The Ni6C(CO)9(AuPPh3)4 bimetallic carbide carbonyl cluster was obtained from the reaction of [Ni9C(CO)17]2– with Au(PPh3)Cl. It contains a rare carbon-centered (distorted) Ni6C octahedral core decorated by four Au(PPh3) fragments.

Electrolyte Design for Simultaneous Interfacial Stabilization in Si||NCM811 Full Cells
A dual‐additive electrolyte (DAEL) system was optimized to regulate interfacial reactions in both Si anode and the NCM811 cathode. DAEL suppresses gas evolution and degradation, enabling stable interphases. These synergistic effects enhance electrochemical stability and extend battery cycle life in high‐energy lithium‐ion cells.
