Evaluation of sorghum germplasm for genetic diversity using D2 statistics
The D2 statistics was applied to assess the diversity among 61 genotypes of sorghum. The analysis of variance revealed significant differences among the genotypes for all the characters under study.

Genetic divergence studies in finger millet (Eleusine coracana L. Gaertn.) genotypes
The genetic divergence among 105 finger millet genotypes was estimated using Mahalanobis’ generalized distance using D2 statistics. All the genotypes were grouped into fourteen clusters using Tocher’s method.

Statistical model and BPS D4-D2-D0 counting [PDF]
We construct a statistical model that correctly reproduces the BPS partition function of D4-D2-D0 bound states on the resolved conifold. We prove that the known partition function of the BPS indices is reproduced by the counting "triangular partitions" problem. The wall-crossing phenomena in our model are also studied.

Assessment of genetic diversity in linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.) genotypes
An investigation was carried out to assess the nature and magnitude of genetic diversity in 36 genotypes of linseed using Mahalanobis D2 statistics. Presences of diversity pave way for exploitation of genotypes in breeding programmes which intended to ...
