Studies on Genetic Divergence in Bitter Gourd (Momordica charantia L.)
Genetic divergence study was conducted on 33 bitter gourd genotypes for twenty characters. These genotypes were grouped into five clusters irrespective of geographic divergence, indicating no parallelism between geographic and genetic diversity.

Diversity analysis for yield traits and sheath blight resistance in rice genotypes
Genetic diversity play a crucial role in crop improvement as progeny from divergent parents show greater heterosis and provide a wide range of variability in segregating generation.

Genetic divergence among blackgram (Vigna mungo(L.) Hepper) genotypes using Mahalonobis D2 statistic
The present study was conducted to evaluate the genetic divergence among 32 black gram genotypes using Mahalanobis D2 statistic for ten biometric characters. The genotypes were grouped into nine discrete clusters. Among them cluster I grouped with a maximum of 11 genotypes, followed by cluster IV with 7 genotypes, clusters II and III each with 4 ...

Assessment of Genetic Diversity in Morphological Traits of Mango Genotypes Using D2 Statistics
An experiment was conducted during 2018-2020 to study the genetic diversity in 24 morphological traits using D2 statistics in mango genotypes of eastern tropical region of India. Present study reveals that the clustering pattern based on D2 statistics grouped 40 genotypes of mango into 7 clusters, out of which cluster VI (7397.45) shows the highest ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Overview of molecular signatures of senescence and associated resources: pros and cons
Cells can enter a stress response state termed cellular senescence that is involved in various diseases and aging. Detecting these cells is challenging due to the lack of universal biomarkers. This review presents the current state of senescence identification, from biomarkers to molecular signatures, compares tools and approaches, and highlights ...
