Extraction rate of lanthanum by D2EHPA.

D2EHPA-SHELLSOL-K®を有機相として, ランタンの正抽出速度と逆抽出速度を平面接触撹拌槽を用いて測定した.正抽出反応は, 水相のランタン濃度の一次, 有機相試薬濃度の三次に比例し, 水素イオン濃度の三次に反比例した.逆抽出反応は, 有機相ランタン濃度の一次に比例した.これらを解析した結果, 内圏型錯体の生成を律速とする抽出速度式にまとめることができた.また, 抽出速度式から求められた抽出平衡定数は, 平衡実験から求められた定数とよく一致した。一方, 有機相に界面活性剤Span80®を添加した系では, 界面活性剤濃度が高くなるにしたがって正抽出反応速度, 逆抽出反応速度はともに低下し, 界面活性剤が界面に吸着したことによる影響がみられた。

AbstractSolvent extraction experiments of Ca2+ with D2EHPA and 15% saponified D2EHPA from cation-exchange resin regeneration wastewater have been performed. Compared with the extraction efficiency (E) of Ca2+ with D2EHPA, the use of 15% saponified D2EHPA significantly increases the extraction efficiency (E) of Ca2+.
