IDENTIFICATION OF RICE CROP PHENOLOGY USING SCATSAT-1 KU-BAND SCATTEROMETER IN PUNJAB AND HARYANA [PDF]
The present study was carried out to analyse rice crop phenology using SCATSAT-1 Scatterometer data. Owing to its higher frequency, Ku-band responds to the dormant elements of surface, corresponding to top of crop canopy.

A deep learning based HTTP slow DoS classification approach using flow data
The popularity of the Internet introduces many network-enabled services that can be accessed by the user. But the adversaries are trying to deny these critical services to the user through Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

Digital Offset Calibration of an OPAMP Towards Improving Static Parameters of 90 nm CMOS DAC [PDF]
In this paper, an on-chip self-calibrated 8-bit R-2R digital-to-analog converter (DAC) based on digitally compensated input offset of the operational amplifier (OPAMP) is presented.

Functionals of Brownian bridges arising in the current mismatch in D/A-converters
Digital-to-analog converters (DAC) transform signals from the abstract digital domain to the real analog world. In many applications, DAC's play a crucial role.

Dynamic autonomous intelligent control of an asteroid lander [PDF]
One of the future flagship missions of the European Space Agency (ESA) is the asteroid sample return mission Marco-Polo. Although there have been a number of past missions to asteroids, a sample has never been successfully returned.

Electrical Conductivities of Conductors, Semiconductors, and Their Mixtures at Elevated Temperatures
This article presents a comprehensive review of temperature‐dependent electrical conductivity data for multiple material classes at elevated temperatures, highlighting a persistent conductivity gap between metals and semiconductors in the range of 102$\left(10\right)^{2}$– 107$\left(10\right)^{7}$ S/m. Metal–ceramic irregular metamaterials are proposed

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
