Videodocumentation in digital dacryocystography

International Ophthalmology, 1991
The digital dacryocystography proved to be the optimum method of X-ray diagnostics in obstructions of the lacrimal pathways. The examination was performed with a computer controlled X-ray unit with a C-arc coupled to an image intensifier tv-system. In the study the advantages of this technique were combined with the advantages of modern videotechnique.

MR dacryocystography: comparison with dacryocystography and CT dacryocystography.

AJNR. American journal of neuroradiology, 2000
Several techniques have been used to image the nasolacrimal system, providing functional (dacryoscintigraphy) or morphologic (dacryocystography, CT dacryocystography [CTD]) information. Using gadopentetate dimeglumine-diluted solution injected into the lacrimal canaliculus or instilled into the conjunctival sac, we compared the sensitivity of MR ...

Technical report: Digital subtraction dacryocystography

Clinical Radiology, 1990
Twenty-one patients presenting clinically with obstructive epiphora were investigated by digital subtraction dacryocystography (DSDCG). This technique is quick and simple to perform, with good patient acceptance. It produces diagnostic images on a single radiographic projection. The proximal lacrimal apparatus is well demonstrated.

[Digital dacryocystography].

Klinische Monatsblatter fur Augenheilkunde, 1987
The technique of conventional dacryocystography has recently been improved and extended by utilizing new technological developments. Digital dacryocystography, performed with computer-controlled X-ray equipment with a C-arc, and coupled to an image intensifier-TV system, enables the passage of the contrast medium to be observed, the image to be ...

[Automatic injector in dacryocystography].

La Radiologia medica, 1989
A new equipment is described for the radiologic examination of the lacrimal system. The technique has been so far employed with excellent results in a series of 75 patients with obstructive epiphora. The advantages of the automatic injector are emphasized: 1) only one person suffice to carry out the examination; 2) the operator is placed far from the ...
