Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for a Paranasal Sinuses Mucocele with Light Guide and Dacryoendoscopy
It is hard to cure dacryocystitis caused by a paranasal sinus mucocele with treatment which only targets the mucocele. Also, it is difficult to identify the lacrimal sac and the nasolacrimal duct preoperatively and intraoperatively when the lacrimal passage is markedly changed by the mucocele or previous surgery.
