Long‐Term Renal Function and Clinical Outcomes of Sacubitril/Valsartan in HFrEF and Stage 3–4 Chronic Kidney Disease: A 24‐Month Single‐Centre Cohort

In this 24‐month, single‐centre cohort of 360 patients with HFrEF and stage 3–4 chronic kidney disease, sacubitril/valsartan was well tolerated, with stable renal function, improved symptoms, and low rates of renal events and mortality. These descriptive findings are hypothesis‐generating and warrant confirmation in controlled studies.

Therapeutic Effects of Propolis Supplementation on the Inflammatory State, Oxidative Stress, and Uremic Toxins in dialysis Patients: A Systematic Review

This systematic review of 6 clinical trials (n = 225) demonstrates that Propolis supplementation (200–400 mg/day for 2–6 months) significantly reduces key inflammatory cytokines TNF‐α, IL‐8, IL‐17, IFN‐γ, and oxidative stress (oxLDL) in dialysis patients.
