Nihon Chikusan Gakkaiho, 1951 泌乳中及び涸乳中の山羊に乾草を給与した際,次の様な結果を得た。1 同一乾草を与へ,涸乳期と泌乳期の消化率を比較すると両期共差異が無かつた。但しCaの吸収率は泌乳中増加する事が分つた。2 山羊に於ける乾草のカロチンの吸収率は非常に少なく約6%で,その内乳汁中にVitamin Aとして分泌されるものは3%であつた。3 乾草給与山羊のMetabolizable energy摂取量を測定し,前報に報告したNet energyとの差より,維持時及び泌乳時のHeat incrementを決定した。それより更に泌乳の為のHeat incrementを計算すると,泌乳作用に要するHeat incrementは乳汁中に含まれるエネルギー(或ひはFat corrected milk)に関係する事を知つた。それは泌乳1 ...
